The Honeywell Thor VM1A is a rugged Android vehicle-mount computer for warehouses, ports, intermodal yards and manufacturing floors. This SKU is the indoor resistive touch configuration with 4GB RAM, 32GB flash, Android with GMS and external antenna connections, so it is clearly distinct from the capacitive, outdoor and cold-storage variants in the range. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor and features an 8-inch WXGA 400 NIT display with a full backlit 64-key QWERTY keyboard.

Built on the Honeywell Mobility Edge platform, the VM1A is IP66 sealed, tested to MIL-STD-810F vibration, and accepts 10 to 60V DC isolated input with an integrated Li-Ion maintenance UPS. Dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac 2x2 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC keep operators connected, while the Smart Dock allows fast mounting and removal without disturbing vehicle cabling.
