Description

The FortiVoice Gateway GT02 is a 1U rack-mount voice gateway with 2 x PRI (T1/E1) ports and dual 10/100/1000 network ports. It is designed to work with FortiVoice Enterprise phone systems (FVE-100E and larger), adding PRI trunk capacity so businesses can connect their telephony to the PSTN while managing everything centrally through the FortiVoice web interface.

The gateway supports PRI T1, PRI E1 and R2 protocols in single and dual port configurations, SRTP encrypted audio, SIP over TLS and T.38 fax over IP. Caller ID is supported in Bellcore, ETSI and DTMF formats. Its stackable design lets you add further gateways as call volumes grow, and it can be installed locally or remotely for on-premises or centralised deployments.

Warranty

Fortinet provides robust warranty coverage for its hardware and software products, with durations and terms based on product category:
• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
