Description

The FortiVoice 5000H is a 1U rack-mount enterprise IP PBX and phone system appliance built for large organisations, supporting up to 5000 endpoints and 500 VoIP trunks. It ships with 2 x 4 TB storage in a RAID 1 configuration and dual AC power supplies, giving a resilient platform for voice, conferencing and call handling at scale.

The core PBX feature set is included as standard, covering auto attendants, ring groups, call queue, call recording, voicemail to email, conference bridges and fax to email. Call centre and hotel/property management capability is available through additional licensing, and the appliance supports high availability, multi-location networking, auto-provisioning and web-based management.

• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
