Description

The FortiFone FON-480B is an enterprise-grade VoIP desk phone with a 4.3 inch colour display, 45 programmable keys, built-in Bluetooth and Gigabit PoE. It suits busy reception, executive and call-handling desks that need many line, extension or queue appearances at a glance, and it works with both on-premises FortiVoice systems and cloud deployments.

The phone offers a full-duplex speakerphone with HD voice, 10 dedicated feature keys and 4 soft keys, plus headset support over RJ9, USB or Bluetooth. Two 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports (LAN and PC) let you daisy-chain a workstation, and the phone can auto-discover a FortiVoice system on the LAN for simple provisioning.

Warranty

Fortinet provides robust warranty coverage for its hardware and software products, with durations and terms based on product category:
• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
