Description

The FortiFone-380 is a mid-range corded SIP IP phone for collaborative workplaces, featuring a 3.5 inch colour display (480x320), 28 programmable line, extension and queue keys, PoE (802.3af) and dual 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports for LAN and PC connections. It delivers HD voice through a full-duplex speakerphone and is designed to work with FortiVoice on-premises and cloud solutions.

Alongside the 28 programmable keys, the handset adds 10 dedicated feature keys and 4 soft keys for fast call handling. It supports RJ9 and USB headsets, auto-discovers the FortiVoice system on the LAN for simple provisioning, and secures calls with SIP over TLS, SRTP and 802.1x. It suits reception desks, offices and teams that need a capable desk phone with centralised management.

• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
