Description

The Fortinet FNRC-900F is a large 1U hardware NDR sensor for FortiNDR Cloud, built to capture network traffic from a SPAN port or TAP device and deliver metadata to the FortiNDR Cloud SaaS platform. With 13 Gbps of NDR sniffer throughput, 2x copper and 2x SFP+ fibre monitoring ports, and 4x 10G multimode SFP+ transceivers included, it suits larger network segments where SOC teams need AI-driven breach detection.

This is the large-sensor tier above the FortiNDR Cloud 500F small sensor, supplied as hardware only. It is formerly known as ThreatINSIGHT infrastructure, and support must be purchased separately. The rack-mountable chassis includes dedicated 1GbE management and monitoring interfaces, plus a DB9 console port.

• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
