Description

The FortiAIOps-100G is a 1 RU rackmount AIOps appliance for AI/ML-driven monitoring, troubleshooting and management of FortiAP, FortiSwitch, FortiGate and FortiExtender networks. This 100G appliance model provides 4 x 2.5GE RJ45 interfaces, an RJ45 serial console and a 3.84TB M.2 SSD, keeping sensitive data and AI processing within your own private data centre.

FortiAIOps correlates events and data across the Fortinet Security Fabric, giving visibility across Wi-Fi, Ethernet, SD-WAN and 5G/LTE gateway, from Layer 1 diagnostics to Layer 7 application visibility. It supports up to 30 FortiGates, 90 FortiSwitches, 30 FortiExtenders, 180 FortiAPs and 3,000 stations in combined mode. The appliance ships without a licence, so a FortiAIOps subscription is purchased separately.

Warranty

Fortinet provides robust warranty coverage for its hardware and software products, with durations and terms based on product category:
• Hardware Warranty: All Fortinet hardware products come with a 1-year (365 days) limited warranty from the Warranty Start Date, covering material defects in workmanship when compared to the published Functional Specifications.
• Software Warranty: Fortinet software is warranted for 90 days from the Warranty Start Date. An exception is FortiToken, which carries a 1-year warranty.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty Products:
Some products are covered by extended terms:
o FortiAP and FortiSwitch (excluding FortiSwitch-5000 series) include a limited lifetime warranty valid for 5 years beyond the product’s announced end-of-life date.
o FortiSwitch-5000 series is covered under the standard 1-year hardware warranty.
