FAQs

Q: What resolution does the Dell U4924DW run at?
A: It has a native resolution of 5120 x 1440 (Dual QHD) at 60Hz on a 49-inch curved 32:9 IPS Black panel, equivalent to two 27-inch QHD displays side by side.

Q: How much power does the USB-C port deliver to a laptop?
A: The USB-C input supports DisplayPort 1.4 Alt Mode and up to 90W Power Delivery, enough to charge most business laptops while carrying video and data over a single cable.

Q: Can I connect two computers to this monitor at the same time?
A: Yes. The built-in auto KVM switch lets you share one keyboard and mouse across two PCs, and Picture-by-Picture mode can display both inputs on screen at once.

Q: Which cables are included in the box?
A: The monitor ships with USB-C, DisplayPort, USB-C to USB-A and HDMI cables.
