The Arista QSFP-100G-ERL41 is a 100GBASE-ERL4 QSFP28 optical transceiver designed for long-reach 100Gbps connectivity over duplex single-mode fibre. Delivering reliable transmission across 30km (without FEC) to 40km (with host FEC), it is ideal for enterprise data centre interconnects, campus backbone links, and metro network deployments requiring extended reach without external amplification. Four LAN-WDM wavelengths are multiplexed into a single duplex LC channel using EML transmitters and APD receivers for superior sensitivity and signal integrity.

The module is fully QSFP28 MSA compliant and hot-swappable, with Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM/DOM) providing real-time visibility into TX/RX optical power, laser bias current, temperature, and supply voltage.
