Description

The APC NetShelter AP8659 is a 0U vertical switched rack PDU that meters power at each outlet and allows remote on, off and reboot control per outlet. It delivers 21 IEC C13 and 3 IEC C19 outlets from a single C20 input, rated for 20A at 208V or 16A at 230V, making it well suited to colocation, data centre and distributed IT sites where outlet-level visibility matters.

Metering accuracy of +/-3% across amps, volts, kW and kWh gives a granular view of the power distributed to each connected device, while user-defined alarms warn of potential circuit overloads before failures occur. Secure Web, SNMP or Telnet management is supported, along with EcoStruxure IT and APC centralised management platforms. The ZeroU vertical form factor preserves valuable rack space in dense environments.
