Description

The Ubiquiti UniFi Access Retrofit Reader in black is an indoor/outdoor OSDP access control reader built to modernise legacy door installations. It reads NFC cards and key fobs and supports Touch Pass, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet credentials, with Mobile Unlock over Bluetooth LE. It pairs with the UniFi Retrofit Hub and reuses existing cabling, so sites can upgrade without re-running new cable.

The OSDP v2 secure connection over RS-485 protects reader communications, while the IP55 rating suits exterior doors and exposed entry points. A built-in speaker and RGBW status LEDs give clear feedback at the door, and wall and gang-box mounting hardware is included. The reader is NDAA compliant and integrates with the UniFi Access application suite.
