This variant is compatible with 1 bay and 4 bay charging docks, so the handle can stay fitted while the CT40 charges, and it is designed for use without the protective boot.

The handle snaps on and off the CT40 quickly and works with the hand strap and snap-on adapter. It is the dock-compatible model, not the camera-compatible version (CT40-SH-CC). The protective boot must be removed before installation.
