Description

The Moxa RKS-G4028-PoE-4GS-LV-T is a Layer 2 modular managed industrial rack-mount PoE switch with 4 x 100/1000BaseSFP ports and 3 slots for interface modules. It supports PoE modules with a 300 W total PoE budget and up to IEEE 802.3bt 90 W per port, runs from an isolated 24/48 VDC (LV) power input, and operates across a -40 to 75°C wide temperature range.

The modular design lets you mix 8-port or 6-port 10/100/1000BaseT(X), 10/100BaseT(X), 100/1000BaseSFP and 100BaseFX modules to suit each deployment. Turbo Ring v2, Turbo Chain, MRP and RSTP provide network redundancy, while IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 compliance suit power substations. IEC 62443-4-2 Security Level 2 and support for EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and PROFINET make it a strong fit for industrial automation and utility networks.
