Description

The NPort IA5150AI-IEX is a 1-port RS-232/422/485 industrial serial device server that connects serial devices to Ethernet networks. It delivers 2 kV serial isolation and IECEx certification for hazardous locations, with a 0 to 60°C operating range, making it well suited to oil and gas, power automation and other harsh industrial environments.

Two 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports share a single IP address, and dual 12 to 48 VDC power inputs provide redundancy. It supports Real COM, TCP Server and Client, UDP, RFC2217, Reverse Telnet and Pair Connection modes, with serial, LAN and power surge protection in a DIN-rail mountable metal housing. It is part of the NPort IA5000A Series.
