Description

The NPort IA5150A-IEX is a 1-port RS-232/422/485 industrial serial device server that connects legacy serial equipment to Ethernet networks. This non-isolated, 0 to 60°C model is certified for hazardous locations including IECEx, ATEX and C1D2, and features two 10/100BaseT(X) RJ45 ports sharing a single IP address for simple daisy-chained cabling.

Built in a metal DIN-rail housing, it accepts 12 to 48 VDC through dual power inputs and includes serial, LAN and power surge protection. Operation modes include Real COM, Reverse Telnet, RFC2217, TCP Client/Server, UDP, Pair Connection and Ethernet Modem, with drivers for Windows, Linux, macOS and an Android API.
