Description

The Moxa CP-134U-DB9M is a 4-port universal PCI serial board for industrial automation, providing RS-422/485 communication on all four ports with RS-232 also available on ports 1 and 2. This non-isolated model operates from 0 to 55°C and ships with a DB44 male to DB9 male cable, making it well suited to long-distance, multipoint, PC-based data acquisition.

Built on a 32-bit Universal PCI bus that is compatible with 3.3/5 V PCI and PCI-X slots, the board supports baudrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps and delivers over 700 kbps of data throughput. Drivers are provided for Windows, Linux and UNIX, and up to 8 boards can be installed in a single PC.
