Description

The Moxa ioLogik E1242 is a DIN-rail remote Ethernet I/O unit from the ioLogik E1200 series, providing 4 analog inputs, 4 digital inputs and 4 configurable DIO channels (sink type). It suits factory automation, building and process monitoring where field signals need to be brought onto an Ethernet network. The standard model operates from -10 to 60°C.

A built-in 2-port 10/100 Ethernet switch allows units to be daisy-chained, reducing cabling and switch port requirements. The E1242 supports Modbus TCP Server, EtherNet/IP Adapter, RESTful API and SNMP v1/v2c, and can be configured through a web console or the ioSearch utility for mass deployment.
