Description

The Moxa MGate 5121-T is a 1-port industrial CAN to Modbus TCP protocol gateway that converts CANopen, J1939 and proprietary CAN (CAN 2.0A/B) data to Modbus TCP and SNMP. This wide-temperature model operates from -40 to 75°C, making it suited to harsh factory, transport, energy and outdoor cabinet deployments where standard gateways would fail.

Built into a compact, DIN-rail-mountable metal housing, the gateway provides two 10/100BaseT(X) Ethernet ports with Ethernet cascading, dual redundant DC power inputs, a relay output and a microSD slot for configuration backup and duplication. Web-based configuration with HTTPS, EDS file import and auto-scan of CANopen devices simplify commissioning, while embedded traffic monitoring speeds up troubleshooting.
