Description

The ioPAC 8600-CPU30-RJ45-C-T is a modular rugged controller CPU module built around a 1 GHz Cortex-A8 processor with two 10/100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet ports. It is programmed in C/C++ on real-time Linux and operates across a -40 to 75°C temperature range, making it suited to rail, wind power and offshore applications.

The module carries 512 MB SDRAM, onboard eMMC storage and a microSD slot for expansion. It supports Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU/ASCII in master and slave modes, along with SSHv2, SNMPv3 and AES-256 encryption for secure deployments. EN 50155 and EN 50121-4 railway certifications cover demanding rolling stock and trackside installations.
