Description

The ioPAC 8600-CPU30-M12-IEC-T is a rugged controller CPU module for Moxa's ioPAC 8600 modular programmable controller platform. Built around a 32-bit Cortex-A8 1 GHz CPU with 512 MB SDRAM, it provides two M12 D-coded 10/100 Ethernet ports and IEC 61131-3 control logic programming, and it operates across a -40 to 75°C temperature range.

The real-time Linux (PREEMPTRT) platform supports larger eMMC storage for more communication protocols, such as a RESTful API for railway IIoT or DNP3 outstations for oil and gas. A metal housing, 24 to 110 VDC power input and EN 50121-4 and EN 50155 railway certifications make it suited to demanding rail, energy and industrial automation environments.
