Description

The Moxa ioLogik E1240 is an industrial Ethernet remote I/O unit with 8 differential analog input channels (voltage or current, 16-bit) and a built-in 2-port Ethernet switch for daisy-chain topologies. This standard model operates from -10 to 60 C, making it suited to factory automation, process monitoring and building control cabinets where analog sensors need to be brought onto an Ethernet network.

It supports Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP adapter mode, SNMP, a RESTful API and Moxa AOPC tags, so it integrates with PLCs, SCADA systems and IIoT platforms. Mount it on a DIN rail or a wall, configure it through a web console or the ioSearch utility, and use peer-to-peer communications to reduce wiring costs.
