Description

The Moxa ioLogik E1213 is an industrial remote Ethernet I/O unit with 8 digital inputs, 4 source-type digital outputs and 4 jumper-configurable DIO channels. It suits factory automation, building control and remote monitoring where field signals need to reach a PLC, SCADA system or IIoT platform over Ethernet. A built-in 2-port Ethernet switch supports daisy-chain topologies, reducing cabling and switch port requirements, and the unit operates across -10 to 60°C.

The ioLogik E1213 supports Modbus TCP Server, EtherNet/IP Adapter, Moxa AOPC, SNMP v1/v2c and a RESTful API, so it integrates with both traditional automation systems and modern IIoT software. It can be configured through a web console or the ioSearch utility, and mounts on a DIN rail or a wall. Peer-to-peer communication between I/O units helps save wiring costs.
